Q. I tried to reset my password but didn't receive an email. What do I do?
A. If you tried to reset your password either because you forgot it or simply wanted to create a new one and didn't receive an email, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder to see if the password reset email was sent there.
Step 2: Contact your administrator to make sure you were activated as a CodeHunter user.
Step 3: If you are still having problems, contact CodeHunter for assistance at, support@codehunter.com.
