Different roles provide different levels of access for those users on your team.

Viewer - This is the default role when adding a new user. It grants the user access to view files submitted, file analysis, and download reports. Users are unable to upload files, set up integrations, add users, or change user roles.

Analyst - This role allows users to manually upload files, view files submitted, view file analysis, and download reports. Users are unable to set up integrations, add users, or change user roles.

Administrator - This role allows users to set up integrations, add users, change user roles in addition to manually upload files, view files submitted, view file analysis, and download reports.

The administrator can edit these roles on the ‘User Management’ page located on the drop down in the top right.

Global Account Administrator (Only available to Global Accounts) - This role allows users to view the Account Management dashboard as well as the set up integrations, add users, and change user roles. Additionally, users can manually upload files, view files submitted, view file analysis, and download reports.
